Why is there a voice cap if my plan is monthly?
Real-time voice has real per-minute compute costs — for us and every other voice AI product. Capping voice keeps prices honest and predictable. Most Personal users use less than half their cap; if you hit it consistently, Pro and Business tiers raise the ceiling significantly.
You will never be billed for going over your cap by accident. If you hit the limit, voice pauses for the rest of the cycle and chat keeps working.
What data does HELM access?
With your authorization, HELM reads your Gmail (to triage and draft), reads and writes your Google Calendar (to schedule and summarize), and manages your Google Tasks (to remember to-dos). Refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. We never sell your data, never train on it, and you can revoke access at any time from your account settings.
SMS sent through HELM uses Twilio-compliant outbound numbers; we do not read your existing text messages.
How is HELM different from ChatGPT or Claude?
ChatGPT and Claude are general-purpose chat. HELM is a job-specific operator with real tools wired in: it actually opens your inbox, drafts a reply, schedules an event, and texts a client — not a description of how to do those things. It also remembers what you’ve told it last week, which a general chat assistant doesn’t.
Can I cancel or change tiers?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your Stripe customer portal — your access continues until the end of the billing period. Upgrading or downgrading takes effect immediately and your bill is prorated. Your data and memory persist across plan changes.
Is there a free trial?
